Description	The Rt. Hon. Sir Hugh Olliviere Beresford Wooding was installed, becoming the Second Chancellor of the University of the West Indies, on Saturday November 13, 1971 at UWI Mona. Sir Hugh is accorded with a standing ovation by the large audience after his Inaugural address. Included in the audience are the Governor General of Jamaica, Sir Clifford Campbell and Lady Campbell, and Hugh Shearer, Prime Minister of Jamaica.
